USA BO: Akhanda Emerges As Highest Grosser In 2021

Balakrishna’s Akhanda is unstoppable at the box office in the Telugu states as well as overseas. The film was released on 2nd December (Thursday) and registered grand openings at the box office. The film also registered a new record in overseas by becoming the highest grosser in Telugu films in 2021 (to date).

“That’s Balayya’s MASS JATHARA not only in India but in overseas as well. ₹10.08 cr gross in overseas for the first week. Making it the highest grosser in Telugu films in the year 2021(till date). Thanks to all people who made it happen,” read a statement from the Overseas distributors, Radha Krishna Entertainments.

The following is the breakdown of the film’s collections in overseas so far.

USA: 6.68 Cr
Australia: 1.26 Cr
UK: 0.72 Cr
Europe: 0.15 Cr
Gulf: 0.80 Cr
Canada: 0.25 Cr
Singapore: 0.13 Cr
Malaysia: 0.04 Cr
South Africa, Zambia, Tanzania, Japan: 0.05 Cr
