Bunny To Rashmika: We Are Not Bunch Of Fools

Every actor goes through this phase where they doubt their capabilities to pull off certain roles. After joining the cast of Pushpa and on the day of shooting, even starlet Rashmika Mandanna had a similar feeling and used to doubt if she would do justice to the role of Srivalli. That’s when the movie’s leading man Pushparaj aka Allu Arjun is said to have motivated her big time.

One day when Rashmika asked Allu Arjun if she could really do justice to the role, the Icon Star is said to have told her, “See, in the first place we are not a bunch of fools to employ you for the role by offering you crores of rupees if we think you’re not fit. We are providing you with gym equipment, diet and all facilities here in the forest because we know that you will rock it. So, first of all, believe in the intelligence of team and the trust them too. Be humble, but don’t ever think that you can’t do it”.

Those words are said to have created a huge impact on Rashmika and the actress stated, “After Bunny sir’s words, I’ve not only doubled my confidence but also started delivering the best for other projects too”.

Speaking about Rashmika’s performance in Srivalli, even Bunny added, “Rashmika did a phenomenal job as Srivalli, staying in a quite mass avatar for the earthy performance required. Only because of her terrific presence, I’ve reacted so well to it. Acting is majorly reacting and she helped me bring out the best of me with her terrific acting”.
