Tamil hero Dhanush is making inroads to Tollywood. Short while ago he announced his upcoming bilingual film titled ‘SIR’ in Telugu and ‘Vaathi’ in Tamil.
“My next .. a Tamil , Telugu bilingual #Vaathi #sir,” tweeted Dhanush with the title posters. Young Telugu director Venky Atluri is helming the film besides penning the script.
‘SIR’ is about an ambitious journey of a common man and Dhanush will be seen as a teacher in a junior college. Dhanush is making diverse choices in his scripts and ‘SIR’ certainly sounds an author backed content.
Samyuktha Menon is roped in to play the female lead in this movie.
GV Prakash Kumar will be composing music and Dinesh Krishnan will crank the camera.
Naga Vamsi and Trivikram’s wife Sai Soujanya will be bankrolling ‘SIR’ under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune For Cinemas banners respectively.
