It looks like back to back flops like Penguin and Miss India are troubling this latest film of “Mahanati” fame Keerthy Suresh in a big way. We are talking about her upcoming movie made by the talented award-winning director Nagesh Kukunoor, which happens to be none other than “Good Luck Sakhi”.
Already a couple of dates have been announced regarding Good Luck Sakhi’s release, but then, the film has finally settled down on December 31st. However, there is no big promotion till date and even Keerthy Suresh is not talking about it anywhere. That is leading to doubts that the film might not hit cinemas on this date as well. So what is the reason for the film to miss out many dates though a star cast like Keerthy, Jagapathi Babu and Aadhi Pinisetty are present?
Insider buzz is that the film is ready in a hard disk for a release, but then, the lack of theatres and presence of big films is affecting the chances. Distributor circles are actually betting big on top heroes’ films that are queueing up and ignoring Keerthy Suresh completely as they know how this film will be. And with RRR and Radhe Shyam lined up, the makers of the film are said to have felt that holding the release is a better thing rather than pushing into the audience in just a limited number of screens.
If Dec 31st is missed out, then Good Luck Sakhi should wait for nearly three months to escape all the big budgeted films in order to find some good luck.
