I hope rumors will come to an end: Chiranjeevi

Megastar Chiranjeevi met AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to discuss the issues related to the Telugu film industry. The star actor has represented Tollywood and put forward the requests of producers, exhibitors, and distributors. YS Jagan responded positively and promised to come up with a solution that satisfies both parties. However, some media outlets are adding political colors to this particular meeting and Chiru came across the same.

Taking to Twitter today, Chiranjeevi clarified that he does not have any interest to enter politics again.

Keeping the view of the larger interests of the Tollywood film industry and with an intention to keep the theatrical business running without any hurdles, I met AP CM YS Jagan to discuss the same. Some media outlets are giving political touch to my meeting, saying that I am being given Rajyasabha seat. I, hereby, clarify to everyone that I am staying away from politics and there is no way that I will re-enter politics in any position. With this, I hope the rumors will come to an end,” said Chiranjeevi.

Megastar Chiranjeevi established the Praja Rajyam Party in 2008 and later merged it with the Congress party.
