Alia Takes Rajamouli’s Strategy To The Next Level

No one can match the strategies of SS Rajamouli in promoting movies. The maverick director comes up with unique plans to promote his every film.

For his upcoming film RRR, Rajamouli joined hands with the PVR multiplex chain and released the movie’s trailer across all the PVR screens in India simultaneously at the same time. Now, his RRR heroine Alia Bhatt is repeating a similar feat for her next release.

Alia is all set for the grand release of her upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi, which will hit the screens on February 25. The theatrical trailer of this film will be unveiled tomorrow in a grand way.

According to the official reports, Gangubai’s trailer will be launched simultaneously across all the major multiplexes in the country. This means the trailer will be premiered at the same time across all the screens of the multiplex chains PVR, INOX, Cinepolis, Carnival and Miraj.

This is the first time a movie is having such a huge trailer release. It looks like Alia took a leaf from Rajamouli’s plan and applied it on a bigger level.

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gangubai Kathiawadi features Alia in the role of a madame in the red light area of Mumbai.
