In today’s fast-food world, the one thing that worries everyone is how to maintain a healthy weight. Frontline music composer Thaman has astonished everyone by losing as much as 35 kgs and he is rocking a new slim look.
The talented artist has gone from 137 to 101 kg and he shared a classic before and after metamorphosis picture on his social media handle. “Alaaaa jaringindhiii annamaataaa !! 137kgs to 101kgs.” Thaman captioned. Fans have flooded his comment section with appreciative comments. Some even motivated Thaman to try for a six-pack.
Kudos that he worked really well, both on the music and his health in the lockdown phase. This reminds us of several music composers who chose fitness over anything such as Adnan Sami, D Immam, Guru Randhawa and others.
On the work front, Thaman will be composing music for Sivakarthikeyan’s next with director Anudeep KV. The composer made the announcement on social media recently. He also has Bheemla Nayak, Ghani, SSMB28, RC15, Godfather, NBK107 and many more this year.
