Star heroine Pooja Hegde has recently bought a house in her hometown Mumbai. The housewarming ceremony was held a few weeks ago with minimal attendance of guests.
Everyone wondered why Pooja bought a house in Mumbai when she is working in Hyderabad most of the days. The actress has an answer for it.
Speaking in an interview with the Deccan Chronicle, Pooja said that the reason she bought a house in Mumbai was that she wanted to stay close to her family. “Since they live in Mumbai, I decided to buy a house in the city,” said the Maharshi actress.
She further added that being in Mumbai will help her in getting home-cooked food. Meanwhile, Pooja also said that the housewarming ceremony was kept a low-key affair due to the COVID-19 scenario. It was attended only by close friends and family members.
“Since it was a personal and special moment in my life, I wanted to keep the gathering limited,” Pooja further added.
On the film front, Pooja has a lineup of releases in the next two months, in the form of Radhe Shyam, Acharya and Beast.
