Kalavathi’s Fame Short Lived, Courtesy Arabic Kuthu

Fans of Superstar Mahesh and the makers of Sakaru Vari Pata started celebrating huge, claiming that the recently released Kalavathi song from the movie clocked 16 million in 24 hours, thus becoming the most viewed South Indian song on YouTube. But this fame is short-lived we must say.

Other day, the makers of Vijay’s Beast had released the first-ever song from the movie, Arabic Kuthu, composed by super talented Anirudh. At a time when Kalavathi makers are claiming records, Arabic Kuthu, a mass bonanza composed by Anirudh has amassed 15 million views in just 9 hours’ time. If this song completes 24 hours run, surely it might even touch the mighty 20 million views mark too, say observers.

Anyway, for now, Kalavathi has beaten the record of Oo Antava song and that is the reason why fans are excited about it. At the same time, visuals of Kalavathi song are getting appreciated for a top notch camera work as well as the good looks of Superstar Mahesh.
