Pushpa’s Finishing Touches Before Gangubai Arrives

Alia Bhatt’s much-anticipated Gangubai Kathiawadi is all set to arrive this Friday. The film will be one of the biggest releases in B-town after 83. Ranveer Singh’s 83 came just a week after Pushpa and ever since then, Allu Arjun starrer has been strongly placed all over the theatres.

Now Pushpa is in its tenth week and the film’s craze is as high as before with 0.75 crores more coming in. Several screens in Maharashtra, Delhi and Haryana is filled with Pushpa’s audience. The film has been playing across all languages on OTT for over a month now and it is remarkable how it is still finding tickets being sold at the box office.

Pushpa: The Rise now stands at 107.60 crores, expecting to reach close to the 108 crores mark before its last week. Sukumar directorial certainly done its best business in Maharashtra and Gujarat, besides the South. This commercially successful, grossing Rs365 crore at the box office, emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film in 2021 and ranks among the highest-grossing Telugu films of all time

Nearly after one and half months, Bollywood is about to witness the major release with Bhansali’s Gangubai and until then, Pushpa is destined to rule in Hindi belts as well. This rare feat by Pushpa will remain as one of the most memorable films that resonated with audiences and had a glorious run at the cinemas.
