Makers of Varun Tej-starrer Ghani today said the film has will be released in theaters on April 8. The date has been changed considering the prevailing situation.
According to sources, though the film is a clean entertainer, it was given U/A certificate by the Censor board due to its action scenes, since the story is about boxing.
Written and directed by Kiran Korrapati and bankrolled by Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby on Renaissance Pictures and Allu Bobby Company banners, Ghani is presented by Allu Aravind. Music is by S Thaman.
Varun Tej has undergone a complete transformation for the film and his agile phyisque is already the talk of the town. Besides Varun Tej, the sports drama features Saiee Manjrekar, Jagapathi Babu, Upendra, Suniel Shetty and Naveen Chandra in key characters.
