ICON Goes To RaPo?

Allu Arjun is supposed to do ‘ICON’ film with Vakeel Saab director Venu Sriram. Allu Arjun has backed off from the project longtime back and he is super busy with his existing commitments.

He will start working on Pushpa: The Rule with Sukumar for which he is going to allocate a chunk of the time considering that Pushpa: The Rise shook the Bollywood.

Now, it is learnt that Venu Sriram has decided to move on. He is now planning to approach Ram Pothineni to do ICON. Ram, who is working with Lingusamy for The Warrior, will next be teaming up with Boyapati Sreenu for a PAN India project.

Post this, Ram may likely come onboard for ICON if everything goes well. Dil Raju and Ram’s home banner both are going to jointly produce the film. Currently, talks are in nascent phase.

After iSmart Shankar, RaPo is busy signing mass and commercial films. He is positioning himself as a commercial star and thus opting for hero-centric films. This seems to be paying off. If he grabs ICON too, it is expected to be a great choice for him.
