I’m Always Proud Of Her: Chiranjeevi

Megastar Chiranjeevi showered full compliments on Surekha and thanked her for being a pillar of support throughout his career. Chiru made these comments at the women’s day celebrations held at Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust (CCT).

“My mother is my first biggest support and then it is Surekha. In Allu’s family, Surekha was a doting kid being the youngest but after our wedding, she had huge responsibility before her. Being it taking care of my parents, brothers, sisters and my kids, Surekha handled everything on her own and efficiently. I just focused on my work and was never worried about my family because Surekha was there for everything and I became a Megastar. I would like to thank her on this occasion,” said Chiru.

Wittily Chiru poked fun that the reaction to his comments would be known at home and Surekha might feel embarrassed. “Nevertheless I’m always proud of her,” added Chiru.

Chiru also revealed that he bought acres of land in Kokapet long back for a decent price and now the value has gone up unimaginably. “Last year my birthday and Raksha Bandhan fell on the same day and I gifted a piece of land to my sisters. It was Surekha’s idea to gift the land and she ensured that I gifted the documents to my sisters on Raksha Bandhan,” added Chiru.

This is for the first time that Chiru opened up about his wife Surekha on a public platform but whatever he spoke is just a tip of the ice.
