Samantha Upset By Comments On Deep-Neck Dress

Ever since Samantha Ruth Prabhu walked out on the red carpet recently at Critics Choice Awards in a black-green dress that has a plunging neckline that revealed most of her bosom, there is a sort of criticism as to why she’s resorting to such high skin show. And finally, the actress responded to the trolling through an Insta Story a while ago.

“Stop judging women based on the hemlines and necklines she adorns,” says Samantha in a long statement, where she asked people to change the mindset of judging women based on their dresses. She asked those judgemental people to turn all that energy inward and focus on themselves such that they will be better people. She asks, to gently rewrite the way we measure and understand a person.

Fans of the actress are quite happy with this response and felt more powerful with such a powerful and inspiring statement coming from Samantha even though she got ridiculed for the dress she wore. However, some are criticizing the actress that she’s trying to take advantage of every single reaction and make it into big news.

“Back then Deepika Padukone wore heavy plunging neckline dress and when a leading newspaper wrote that her ‘cle*vage’ is awesome, she made a huge campaign on it by blasting the newspaper. That way she rose to fame and it looks like Samantha is repeating the same” a netizen commented.
