After Fighting Cancer, Sonali Is Back To Tollywood?

Sonali Bendre used to be one of the top actresses in Tollywood in the early 2000s. She acted in various blockbuster films like Murari, Khadgam, Indra, Manmadhudu and Shankar Dada MBBS in the past.

However, Shankar Dada MBBS became her last film in Tollywood. After that, she quit acting and focussed on family life.

Sonali Bendre was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago. She fought against the disease for quite a long time and finally got cured.

After recovering from cancer, Sonali started working as a judge for the dancing reality show Super Dancer. Meanwhile, the latest grapevine suggests that this senior heroine is all set to make a comeback in Tollywood after a gap of almost two decades.

According to the sources, Sonali has been approached to play a pivotal role in Jr. NTR’s upcoming film with director Koratala Siva. Apparently, the makers held talks with her and an official announcement about her inclusion is expected to be made soon.

The addition of Sonali Bendre will add more weightage to this movie. Meanwhile, the regular shooting of this film will begin soon. Alia Bhatt is playing the female lead in it.
