Ukraine is going through turmoil due to the war initiated by Russia. The country is witnessing destruction and iconic places are coming down one after another. The team ‘RRR’ is sad about the current situation in Ukraine and mega hero Ram Charan disclosed a detail.
Charan extended financial support to one of his bodyguards who looked after him while shooting for the film in Ukraine. Speaking about the same, Charan said, “I spoke to the person who provided security to me. He said he and his 80 years old father are joining the army. I financially supported his family. He said it was insufficient but I did whatever was in my capacity.”
The chartbuster ‘Naatu Naatu’ song was shot in Ukraine on the backdrop of a heritage palace. The lyrical video already raked up a hundred million views and the full video is going to be a visual feast, said both Charan and Jr NTR.
Director Rajamouli also recalled the shooting days in Ukraine. “After the war began, we spoke to people who were part of the crew. It’s unfortunate what’s happening in Ukraine at the moment,” added Rajamouli.
‘RRR’ is releasing on March 25th worldwide.
