Alia Bhatt’s recent outing Gangubai Kathiawadi had been released without making any Hungama and is minting huge collections at the box office in the same way.
Though it is not being publicized as heavily as the other films, Gangubai Kathiawadi emerged to be a blockbuster at the box office.
According to the latest reports, this Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial project crossed the $3 million mark in the USA.
It is reported that the film collected $38,971 on Friday from 99 Locations across the USA. With this, Gangubai’s collections stood at a gross of $3,006,822 at the USA box office.
Alia Bhatt has been receiving unanimous critical and popular acclaim for her portrayal as Mafia queen of Kamatipura, Gangubai. People are predicting that she may end up getting many awards for her performance in the movie.
Gangubai Kathiawadi has done a business of around Rs.118 crores nett. at the box office until now. It is being predicted that the film will cross the 120 crore mark comfortably in the next few days.
