It is already known that senior heroine Samantha is teaming up with young sensation Vijay Devarkonda for an upcoming film that will be directed by Siva Nirvana of Majili and Siva Nirvana fame. Here comes an interesting aspect of the movie if the reports doing rounds in Film Nagar are anything to go by.
Though there is no clarity as to when this film is going to take off, it is coming out that the movie is an intense love story with loads of romance. The film will be set in Kashmir backdrop and almost 60% story will take place there itself.
They say that the story is almost similar to Mani Ratnam’s Roja which is set in Kashmir backdrop. This movie of Vijay and Sam will be more like a modern re-telling of Roja that could easily find its relatability to the present generation.
On the other hand, actually, the director and producers of the movie thought of roping in Kiara Advani for this project but things didn’t work out as the Bollywood siren has her hands full already. And they have to settle with Samantha as the director already worked with her earlier for Majili movie.
