Director Harish Shankar, who is busy working on Pawan Kalyan’s Bhavadeeyudu Bagat, is likely to team up with Chiranjeevi for his up next. It is learnt that Chiru is going to do the Bro Daddy remake. Chiru wants Harish to helm this in Telugu. Talks are going on. Harish is most likely to be onboard to direct Chiru, confirmed sources in the know.
Bro Daddy featured Mohan Lal and Prithviraj. It is a comedy drama. The original was directed by Prithviraj himself. Chiru will be replacing Mohan Lal in the remake, who will be seen as a father to a grown-up son.
Of late, Chiranjeevi is eyeing remakes. He is currently doing God Father, the Telugu remake of Lucifer. He is working for Bhola Shankar with Meher Ramesh which again is the remake of Vedhalam.
Currently, Chiru is waiting for the release of Acharya which is slated for release on April 29, 2022. Meanwhile, he has Waltair Veerayya directed by Bobby and has Shruti Haasan as the female lead. Chiru is on a signing spree.
