We are less than 48 hours away from witnessing one of the most-awaited Indian films on the big screen. Maverick director SS Rajamouli’s latest outing RRR is all set for a grand release on March 25. Here are some of the reasons why we need to watch RRR.
This is SS Rajamouli’s immediate film after India’s biggest hit Baahubali 2. Thus, there are heavy expectations around it. The two parts of Baahubali created a big sensation at the box office. Now, the audience are eager to see if RRR can beat the Baahubali franchise.
This is the first film that brought two top Telugu heroes together. People are dying to watch the camaraderie between Charan and Tarak on the big screen. This is also the biggest multistarrer of the decade.
RRR is made on a budget of more than Rs. 400 crores. It is one of the most expensive films in India. Thus, it needs a theatrical experience. The film’s pre-release business has created ripples in the trade. Huge stakes are at risk but Rajamouli is confident of achieving the same.
RRR features Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in key roles. It is their maiden Telugu film. It has to be seen how their roles are sketched in the movie.
Rajamouli took an interesting point as a story of this movie. He picked two historical characters, Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem. Later, he weaved a fictional story around these two real-life characters. There are many speculations around the same. We have to see how well has he done it.
