Samantha’s first dance number Oo Antava from Pushpa gained rapid attention across the nation and it created waves for several factors including her sizzling moves. Sam was bold, crisp, and energetic while sporting her killer expressions quite effortlessly. In fact, Sam gets all the credit as steals the spotlight to unimaginable levels.
The song garnered a milestone of 100 Million views in just a few days and fans are literally waiting to learn what’s in store for them in Pushpa 2. The latest buzz is, there will be a special number in Pushpa 2 as well but as per the reports, Samantha will be replaced by Bollywood’s fittest actress Disha Patani.
There is no official confirmation on this but the rumour surely broke the hearts of Sam’s fans. As we recall, Sam was earlier trolled for doing the special number even before the release. But the humongous success of the song was no less than a slap to trolls. In fact, Allu Arjun too thanked Samantha for trusting him and doing the song irrespective of having so many doubts.
On the other hand, Disha is also an equally great dancer who can up the oomph factor with her sensuous presence. Her name was heard for Oo Antava in the first part as well even before Sam’s name came out. Reportedly, the makers approached the actress but she declined the offer.
Meanwhile, Sukumar has locked the script of the Pushpa sequel and is planning to release it on December 17, 2022. Titled Pushpa: The Rule, the film will see Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil reprise their roles respectively.
