Rashmika Mandanna is one of the fittest actresses in the South and there is no doubt about it. Her petite and toned body has always been inspiring for many. The actress has to stay fit for the profession she is in. She adopts healthy habits and prioritizes her own well-being, which is also clear with her social media posts.

Rashmika has a massive lineup of movies in her kitty and in spite of her demanding schedule, the star never fails to hit the gym on a regular basis. She shared a gym selfie on her Instagram stories today and one can see Rashmika posing in front of a mirror selfie. The actress wore a black crop top and red leggings, as she flaunts her abs and super toned back.

But what really struck the chord is her message along with the picture. We can resonate with what she said and couldn’t agree more. ” I don’t know if I am allowed to post this picture…many of you will not like it, but I am posting this story to say that the key to your fitness goals is CONSISTENCY_with workouts, with physios, with your diets, with your thoughts, with your journey…just be consistent and enjoy it…it won’t be fun for a while, but when you get used to it…you’ll realize…Sending my love to you!” reads her message.

Consistency is arguably the most important component when working to accomplish goals and it is also Rashmika’s secret for permanent fitness. With Pushpa, the actress has set standards high and is also taking a grand plunge into Bollywood with two high-profile ventures this year. She will be seen in Shantanu Bagchi’s upcoming spy thriller Mission Majnu, alongside Sidharth Malhotra. The movie is expected to release on 10 June.

The actress also has another B-town film by Vikas Bahl titled Goodbye with Amitabh Bachchan. Rashmika also has an unrevealed project with Varun Dhawan and Thalapathy66 with Vijay. Billed as a masala flick, the yet to be titled film will be directed by Vamshi Paidipally.
