Chiru Rejected This Crazy Biopic!

Biopics have become a trend in Indian cinema for the last few years. Many star heroes are also showing interest in doing these biographical dramas.

Even Megastar Chiranjeevi did a biopic of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, titled Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Apparently, he was also offered the biopic of popular conman Tiger Nageswara Rao.

However, he couldn’t do it and the project eventually went into the lap of Ravi Teja. Vamsee of Dongata and Kittu Unnadu Jagratha fame is directing the project.

Tiger Nageswara Rao was launched in a grand way a couple of days ago in Hyderabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi graced the event as a chief guest. Speaking at the event, he said that director Vamsee approached him first with this story during the lockdown.

Though he liked the story, Chiru told Vamsee that he cannot do the film due to other commitments. Then, it went to Ravi Teja who readily agreed to do it. Chiru said that he is happy that his younger brother Ravi Teja is doing the film.

Tiger Nageswara Rao features Nupur Sanon and Gayathri Bharadwaj as the female leads. GV Prakash Kumar will be composing the music for this film.
