Sonam Kapoor’ Residence Robbed; 1.41 cr Worth Cash & Jewelry Stolen

A piece of shocking news has struck Bollywood fans. Preggers Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja’s New Delhi residence was robbed. Cash and jewellery worth Rs 1.41 Crore were reportedly stolen. It was reported that Sonam’s mother-in-law was the first one to rush to the Tughlak Road police station to lodge a complaint about the robbery.

Delhi Police immediately took action and allotted teams for investigation. As of now, Sonam and Anand’s staff are being questioned in the investigations, including 25 employees, 9 caretakers, drivers, gardeners and other workers. Apart from the Delhi Police, even the FSL is involved in evidence collection from the crime scene. The Delhi residence is located at Amrita Shergill Marg.

Sonam reportedly lived with her in-laws and Anand’s grandmother in this house until the last few months. Upon getting the complaint, the police began probing the case and also going through the CCTV footage from the past year to identify any suspects in the matter. Meanwhile, Sonam and Anand are in Mumbai. The couple is expecting their first child. She is currently at her father Anil Kapoor’s house.
