KGF 2: Sanjay Dutt disappoints; Raveena impresses

Amid heavy expectations, KGF Chapter 2 has hit screens around the world today. This Prashanth Neel directorial featured Yash in the lead role.

After the unprecedented success of the first part, the makers decided to shape up chapter 2 on a bigger scale. Thus, they have roped in Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon to play pivotal roles.

In KGF 2, Sanjay played the role of antagonist Adheera while Raveena essayed the character of Prime Minister Ramika Sen.

Though Sanjay’s looks are menacing, his character was not deadly enough. Adheera has a poor character arc and thus, it fell flat of our expectations.

There is nothing Sanjay could do for that role which had a very little scope. On the other side, Raveena got a meaty role in the form of Ramika.

She excelled in the key character that she was given. This is going to be one of the memorable films in her career. On the whole, Sanjay Dutt disappointed while Raveena impressed everyone with their respective performances in KGF 2.
