Beast’s Failure Worries Dil Raju!

Ace producer Dil Raju has recently launched a project with Tamil star Vijay. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, this film was launched a couple of weeks ago in Chennai. Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead in it.

Meanwhile, Dil Raju also distributed Vijay’s latest outing Beast in Telugu. But this film ended up as a disaster. Directed by Nelson, Beast garnered a negative talk right from day one.

It didn’t even get good openings in Andhra Pradesh. The collections are weak in Vijay’s home state Tamil Nadu too. The result of Beast is now worrying Dil Raju.

After the failure of Beast, buyers in Tamil Nadu and the Telugu states will not spend huge money on his next film. They will be sceptical about putting big money into this project.

Moreover, this is Dil Raju’s first film in Tamil. So, he may face difficulties in selling it to the Tamil buyers. Though Raju is promoting it as Vijay’s first Telugu film, there are reports that the film will be shot in Tamil and will get dubbed into Telugu.

On the whole, Dil Raju has got a huge task ahead in the business issues of his maiden Tamil project.
