Rumour: Old Deal Behind Pooja Hegde’s Item Song

Gone are the days when an item song is compulsory in mass movies in order to entertain glamour lovers. Though Pushpa has a super successful item song in it, other big hits like RRR and KGF: Chapter 2 don’t have one. So there is no point in chasing item songs if the content works and item songs won’t make the film work in theatres even if they beget millions of views on YouTube.

Cut to the discussion, apparently Dil Raju roping in Pooja Hegde for an item number in the upcoming film, Anil Ravipudi’s F3, has led to another interesting rumor now. After watching the video preview of the song Woo Aaa Aha Aha from “F3”, one would definitely feel the fact that already Tamannaah and Mehreen are flaunting enough glamour dose for the movie, and what is the need for a special song with Pooja Hegde now. Also, Sonal Chauhan is said to have splashed her bikini glamour all over the movie as she got paired alongside Sunil.

Some reports are doing rounds that actually Dil Raju gave advance to Pooja Hegde for a movie, and he thinks that roping in Pooja Hegde will not be on the cards anytime soon for any big film, as there are many other options now. Also with Pooja becoming a ₹ 3-4 crores range heroine, Raju is not interested in her. For that reason, rather than asking the advance back, he’s said to have roped in for an item number.

All said and done, Summer releasing “F3” is getting superior attention right now as audience are expecting a hilarious ride from Anil Ravipudi, Venky, Varun Tej and Sunil.
