#VD11: Samantha Missing; VD Takes A Swipe At Media!

Earlier in the day hero Vijay Deverakonda’s 11th film was launched grandly. Directors Harish Shankar, Buchi Babu Sana and others graced the occasion but the female lead of the film, Samantha did not make it.

Samantha’s absence at the launch event became a hot topic and multiple speculations have surfaced on social media. But the real reason behind Samantha is currently in Dubai, going by her Instagram story.

With Samantha’s absence turning into headlines, hero Vijay Deverakonda entered to stop the noise. He shared a morphed picture of the launch event by adding the faces of Samantha and also comedians Vennela Kishore and Rahul Ramakrishna.

“The Actual Pooja photo! With the darlings @Samanthaprabhu2, @vennelakishore @eyrahul. Request the press to share the actual photo 🙂 thank you,” tweeted Vijay. And Samantha posted laughter emojis to VD’s tweet and that sums up.

That was a subtle satire against some section of media. Responding to this tweet, Vennela Kishore replied,” No idea why i was chopped off conveniently!! Lovers will say its photoshopped.”

So the speculations can rest now and big advice to the media to stop running stories against Samantha’s absence.
