KGF 2 was that film for me: Sanjay Dutt

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt who played ‘Adheera’ in ‘KGF – Chapter 2’ credited director Prashant Neel for the response the actor is receiving for his role. Taking to social media, Sanju Baba posted a lengthy note which read, ‘KGF 2’ was that film for him which reminded him of his true potential.

“Every once in a while, I seek out a film which pushes me out of my comfort zone.’KGF 2′ made me realise why cinema, at the end of the day, is a production of passion,” wrote Sanjay Dutt.

Complementing the director, the ‘Munna Bhai’ actor said, “Prashanth Neel, my director, had sold the vision of the menacing ‘Adheera’ to me. The credit for how myrole turned out, goes entirely to Prashanth. As the captain of the ship, it’s his dream we all brought to screen.”

Summing up his entire emotions on ‘KGF 2’ Sanju Baba added that the film will always be a reminder that every time life pops a surprise, you have it in you to do better than that.

Every word in Sanjay Dutt’s note is heartfelt and indeed he was true. As ‘Adheera’ in ‘KGF’ he was ruthless and probably it is one of his best roles in recent times.

Meanwhile ‘KGF 2’ has stormed into the second weekend and the collections would witness a big jump for sure.
