SVP: Makers Erected Vizag Street In Hyderabad

Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently on a vacation and there are a lot of reports about the storyline of his next film Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Amidst many speculations around the film’s story, the movie’s art director AS Prakash revealed that the movie revolves around the banking system.

The film unit erected as many as eight sets including 3 bank sets. Not just modern banks but the makers also designed vintage bank sets for the film. Initially, the makers wanted to shoot the film Goa but they could not do it.

The team erected many bank sets at Annapurna Studios. The film’s story also happens in Vizag and the makers wanted to shoot it in Goa. Owing to the practical problems, the makers recreated a street in Vizag in Hyderabad. The film was extensively shot on the sets where a lot of interiors and exterior design work took place.

There is a talk that Mahesh prefers to shoot his films mostly on sets or indoors because of which the makers spent a lot in erecting the sets.
