Bandla’s Spl Gift To Gabbar Singh Director

On May 11th, 2012, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s “Gabbar Singh” movie has released to packed crowds and a roaring talk, thus ending almost a decade of drought for fans. The film became a blockbuster and director Harish Shankar catapulted himself into a top director position. The film was produced by Bandla Ganesh, to whom PK is said to have given the production job, to ensure that he recovers his Teenmaar losses.

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the film other day, Bandla Ganesh met director Harish Shankar and appreciated him with a costly gift. He presented the director with an Omega Seamaster that costs nearly ₹ 4.6+ lacs in the market. Back then, Bandla Ganesh gifted many such costly gifts to the likes of Puri Jagan, but this newest act is triggering doubts if he is getting ready to make a film with Harish Shankar again. 

On the other hand, Gabbar Singh is a remake of Salman Khan’s Dabangg, which happens to have lots of copied scenes from South films, is well made in Telugu as Harish’s pen power was at its peaks. And with Bandla Ganesh making loads of profits back then, surely the producer might have thought of felicitating Harish in this way. 

Also we have to remember the sensational speech given by Bandla Ganesh at the pre-release event of Gabbar Singh, which is equal to million-views viral video for the present set of audience. Especially Pawan’s reactions to Ganesh’s flattery and Chiru’s shy-looks for those comments are epic to watch.
