Lady Superstar Nayanthara, who is known for making female-oriented films, is back with yet another similar movie. Titled O2, this movie is a suspense thriller which opted for a direct digital release on Disney+ Hotstar.
The teaser of this film was unveiled this morning. Going by it, O2 looks like an edge-of-the-seat thriller. It revolves around a bus which is filled with passengers and is stuck a few metres under the ground. How they manage to come out forms the major crux of the movie.
The storyline is similar to Nayanthara’s earlier film Karthavyam. O2’s teaser is intriguing and it looks like a perfect film that can be watched on a weekend at home.
It features Ritvick in the other pivotal role. GS Viknesh has directed the project. SR Prabhu has bankrolled the film under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures.
O2 got done with its shoot last year and currently, the post-production works are going on. The release date will be announced by Hotstar soon.
O2 will be streamed in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
