The makers of Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha have announced Kushi as the title. This has evoked mixed responses from Mega fans, particularly Pawan Kalyan’s fans. Kushi is a classic film in Pawan’s career and is close to the hearts of Pawan’s fans.
Grabbing a classic title is certainly a challenge as it will have huge expectations. Even the first look poster gets mixed reations. Vijay’s costumes indicate a weird fashion sense. The title and first look is a bit contrast. Looks like director Shiva Nirvana intended to have this contrast look.
Kushi is shot in Kashmir and it has the army as the principal backdrop. The film is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. After Dear Comrade, Vijay has collaborated with the producers yet again.
It is indeed a challenge for Vijay Deverakonda and Shiva Nirvana to justify the title and meet the expectations. Let’s wait and see.
