Director Nag Ashwin made his debut with the impressive Yevade Subrahmanyam. He got nationwide popularity with the 2018 film Mahanati. As of now, he is busy with the works of his next film, Project K, which features Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.

Meanwhile, Ashwin has come up with an interesting job offer for aspiring editors. Last year, he directed a short segment called ‘X-life’ for the Netflix anthology Pitta Kathalu. He now asked the aspiring editors to cut an interesting promo of that film.

People who manage to impress with their edit/promo cut of X-life will get a job in the edit/promo department of the prestigious production house, Vyjayanthi Movies.

Posting about the same, Nag Ashwin tweeted, “Remember #xlife? My pittakatha on Netflix…koncham overambitious and underwritten…any editors out there who can recut it, a 2min thing or even full thing…make it feel more exciting, pacy..impact..best cut will be selected for a job in the edit/promo department at Vyjayanthi.”
