Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata continues its rampage at the box office. In spite of getting a mixed talk and high ticket prices, this film has managed to pull crowds in big numbers to the theatres.
According to the makers, Sarkaru Vaari Paata has grossed Rs. 200 crores worldwide. It achieved the feat within just 12 days of its release. Now, it has become 2022’s biggest grosser in the Telugu film industry (among regional films).
Announcing the news officially, the film’s production house Mythri Movie Makers tweeted, “Super Star @urstrulyMahesh’s SWAG SEASON continues.”
Directed by Parasuram, Sarkaru Vaari Paata features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. The film is a full-on commercial potboiler laced up with a social message.
Mahesh received unanimously positive response for his performance. Many people opined that his character is designed in an entertaining way and reminded the days of Pokiri.
Thaman has composed the music for this film. Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus and GMB Entertainment have jointly bankrolled the project.
