Sesh’s Request To Theatres To Reduce Ticket Prices

Adivi Sesh is the young actor cum filmmaker out there who goes an extra mile in making sure his films reach everyone. Sesh is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming Telugu film Major. The film is already getting a positive response from the special preview screenings. Sesh earlier revealed that there won’t be a price hike for his film but a few movie lovers pointed out that the ticket rates are higher than usual.

“Enti bro price reduce chesam annav ikkada chusthe em change ledu” wrote a fan to Sesh, by sharing a screenshot of the bookings. The single screens are charging 176 rupees per ticket.

However, Sesh has come up with an impressive reply. “I requested #Sandhya35MM and they agreed to Rs.150. Thank you to the THEATERS for helping our efforts. We want to make #MajorTheFilm affordable to everyone!” wrote Sesh, sharing the screenshot of the updated ticket rates.

Sesh earlier requested the Vizag distributor to not charge money for the special screening of the film that was held a couple of days ago. Also, Sesh is in talks with more theatres to bring down the rates of movie tickets.

Major is a biographical film based on the life of Unnikrishnan, who fought against terrorists and was killed in action during the 2008 attacks at the Taj Palace Hotel in Mumbai, India.
