Major Off To A Flying Start In The USA

We are less than a few hours away from the release of Adivi Sesh’s ambitious project Major. The premieres will be held both in India and USA tonight.

Meanwhile, the film has been witnessing a good advance booking in the United States. As per the official trade reports, Major collected more than $125k in advance sales for the premieres.

It is a very good figure considering the fact that the film features a mid-range hero. These numbers are expected to raise even further by the end of the day.

Even in the Telugu states, there is a terrific response to the premieres. All premiere shows in Hyderabad got sold out already.

There is a positive buzz running around the film and it looks like Sesh has another winner in hand.

Directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, Major features Saiee Manjrekar, Sobhita Dhulipala, Revathi and Prakash Raj in the other key roles. It is based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan who was martyred in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
