Mahesh, Reason For Gap Between Chaitu & Parasuram!

Once you score a big blockbuster you have to carefully plan your next and should never rush to other movies leaving your commitments aside. Looks like director Parasuram has learned this lesson quite well after “Sarkaaru Vaari Paata” and here is the interesting scoop coming from film circles.

After the super and unexpected success of Geetha Govindam, actually, Parasuram was supposed to direct Naga Chaitanya, but he rushed to Mahesh Babu to make a movie.

Initially, he narrated a story each to Mahesh and Chay, but it was Chay who has given approval and that film was supposed to start. However, with Mahesh inviting him months later, he ran after the Superstar’s project. And it looks like Chay got upset with this act back then.

Though Parasuram rushed to Chay after the ‘average’ show of SVP at the box office, the hero is said to have asked him to wait for a couple of years as the Akkineni star has to wrap up many commitments now.

He has an interesting line up including a film with Kollywood director Venkat Prabhu and another one with a leading Telugu director. Only after wrapping those films, Chay wants to work with Parasuram now. Well, that’s sensible, isn’t it?
