Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam Teaser: One more serious drama from Allari Naresh

After the critically acclaimed Naandhi, actor Allari Naresh is now back with another intense film. Titled Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam, the teaser of this movie was unveiled just about a while ago on the occasion of Naresh’s birthday.

Going by the teaser, the film looks like a serious drama that is set in the tribal area of Maredumilli. Allari Naresh plays the role of a government servant who is sent to the Maredumilli region to ask the tribal people to register themselves as voters.

How things unfold after he visits the region might be the major crux of the film. Aanandhi of Zombie Reddy fame played the role of a tribal girl in the movie. The teaser reminds us of the Hindi film Newton, which featured Rajkumar Rao in the lead role.

After a series of comedy films, it is good to see Naresh doing some social drama with serious subjects. The music and cinematography also look great.

Itlu Maredumilli Prajaaneekam is being bankrolled by Zee Studios and Hasya Movies. AR Mohan has directed the project. Sricharan Pakala is composing the music for it.
