Gopichand’s Pakka Commercial first half is mostly with the farcical comedy comprising Raashi Khanna and her minions Sapthagiri and Viva Harsha.
The comedy works in parts and Raashi’s role appears mostly like an extension of Angel Arna from Prati Roju Pandage. The first half doesn’t reveal the crux except until the interval. The story is mostly predictable, but the comedy in gaps makes it watchable to some extent.
While the first half is completely run by the silly comedy and the second half appears better with some twists and some parody comedy scenes. There are also many over-the-top comedy episodes in court scenes that are age-old and unfunny. Few fights are choreographed in a stylish way.
Gopichand looked stylish and Raashi Khanna looked beautiful. Gopichand does well in the role of Pakka commercial lawyer. Rao Ramesh gets a full-length role and with the variety of roles he did so far, this one is a cakewalk.
The twist, in the end, is much anticipated and so is the climax. Overall, Pakka Commercial is an average fare with same-old routine revenge story, but with comedy that worked in parts. With no major films from last two weeks, it has to be seen on how the audience receives Pakka Commercial.
The detailed review will be here soon, so stay around.
