The success of films like RRR and KGF2 is quite anticipated as everyone knows the creative talents behind them, and the scale at which they are made and promoted. By collecting more than a whopping ₹400 crores from the box office across India, Vikram has become a cult blockbuster that anyone has ever expected. Almost all the distributors involved in the release of the film enjoyed pretty high profits when compared to the many recent big blockbusters. And that brings us to the question of what will happen with the film’s OTT release now.

It marks the digital streaming of Vikram from today and already few folks started watching it since the clock struck 12, last midnight. In recent times, RRR has created a sort of record across the world as the film stood at the No.1 position on Netflix in many countries. Will Vikram also enjoy such a feat now is the biggest question now. If the film scores there as well, then the craze for Kamal Haasan as well as director Lokesh Kanagaraj will get doubled now.
