Producer Trims Film – Writer, Director Upset!

It is an upcoming film. The producer who is known for making several hit films has decided to trim down the large portion of the film. Apparently, the film has been scissored aggressively and the creative team is said to be visibly upset.

While the reasons are not known, the producer is of the feeling that audiences aren’t coming to theatres like before and also not patient enough to watch lengthy films in cinemas. He also quoted some of the recent films with length tasting failures at the Box Office.

The producer has decided to trim a lengthy portion of the film. But this unilateral decision has upset the film’s writer and director. They are also trying to convince the producer but who is said to be not ready to listen to anyone on this.

As the film is soon releasing in theatres, we have to wait and watch whose decision is correct and who is wrong.
