Young Tollywood actor Nikhil has delivered a remarkable performance with Karthikeya 2. The film has earned high praises from critics for the content as well as for the stellar performance of the lead actors Nikhil and Anupama Parameswaran.
The film is doing extremely well at the box office around the world. Taran Adarsh, noted BO tracker and Hindi film critic, revealed that Karthikeya 2 is doing exceptionally well in the North belt. Not only in the south, but also in the north, the film is breaking records. In Hindi, the film’s numbers increased substantially with each passing day.
In fact, Karthikeya 2 is challenging recent Bollywood releases such as Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha and Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan. Isn’t this an incredible achievement for a Telugu film?
In terms of box office earnings, the film is said to have earned Rs 35.1 crore gross worldwide and an official poster was unveiled by the film’s makers. These massive collections are touted to be the highest in Nikhil’s career so far. With more screens and housefull shows, the film is expected to have solid run on the eve of Krishna Janmashtami holiday.
Karthikeya 2 is directed by Chandoo Mondeti. The makers thanked the audience for their unconditional love and constant support to the film. Anupam Kher, Srinivasa Reddy and Viva Harsha impressed in key roles.
