April 28th is a magical date for the Telugu Film Industry. Many films have been released on this date and scored industry hits. Superstar Mahesh Babu’s ‘POKIRI’ hit the box office on the same date in 2006 and we know what sort of storm the movie created in the Telugu states. Now Mahesh’s 28th film with director Trivikram Srinivas is set to release on the same date next year.
Short while ago, the makers of #SSMB28 announced the release date on April 28th, 2023. The release will take advantage of the long weekend and it would reflect on the collections.
#SSMB28 is touted to be an action entertainer. Trivikram who is giving the final touches to the script is said to have blended romance and comedy in the first half and action in the second half. That way, it would make a complete packaged film.
Pooja Hegde will be romancing Mahesh and it would be a second film together. If the on-going strike in the industry ends, #SSMB28 would hit the sets shortly.
