Vishnu Reacts To Deva Katta

Apparently, an unnamed tweet by director Deva Katta has led to a discussion of sorts on the social media, with the two involved parties trying to clarify over the issue of “NTR Biopic”.

Earlier, Deva Katta claimed that his idea of a film was stolen and made into a flop film, and expressed that the latest web series of director Raj of Chadarangam, which is a fictional tale of friendship between Chandrababu and YSR, might be a copy of his copyrighted story. Katta stated that the filmmakers have earlier copied another story written by him in the same way.

When everyone is thinking that Deva Katta is talking about Chadarangam, the director clarified that he is talking about producer Vishnu Induri of CCL Fame, saying that the latter has copied his idea of NTR biopic. Reacting on the same, Vishnu Induri clarified, “I would like to clear it once and for all. I met Deva Katta for a Remake I selected in December 2015, I also narrated the idea of NTR Biopic to him with the basic screenplay. He liked My idea of NTR and I would like to clarify that he never narrated anything to me about NTR Biopic”.

Also when Deva tried to say that he has a witness who could testify that he narrated NTR Biopic to Vishnu, the CCL founder once again responded that Deva Katta hasn’t narrated him any single scene related to NTR biopic, but it is him who narrated 40 scenes of the biopic to the director.

Meanwhile, the audience is thinking, when Nandamuri Balakrishna himself starred and produced NTR biopic, he will have more stories and scenes to add the biopic than any outsider, and how come Deva Katta alleges that his ideas are lifted.
