Kushi Burden On Samantha, Thanks To Liger

If Liger has scored a big success as Vijay Deverakonda boasted about it during the promotions, things would have been in contrast now. Liger is on its way to emerging as one of the biggest disasters of tier two heroes. Liger lost a big number of screens after its first week. Many screens from B and C centers are being allotted to the new releases this week and also to the movie Bimbisara, and Karthikeya 2 which are already on a successful run.

The whole disappointment of Liger is heard to be making a big impact on Vijay’s next film Kushi. Vijay D joining hands with Samantha garnered huge positive talk. The movie already finished half of its shooting part. The director Shiva Nirvana also is under pressure to score a hit after his movie Tuck Jagadish failed.

The use of Pawan Kalyan’s blockbuster title Kushi is one burden on this Samantha-Vijay-starrer, as to keep the expectations up though there is no similarity between the films. Already Pawan Kalyan’s fans expressed their dissent for using the title and if at all Kushi is not up to the mark, they will be the first to react. We have seen Chiru’s fans trolling Nani for Gang leader.

Now Vjay’s Liger failure added more pressure on the movie leaving the whole responsibility of Kushi on Samantha’s shoulders. Samantha also needs a solid hit, as her last hit was Oh! Baby in 2019. Vijay’s fans are arguing that each film is different and he is the actor who scored a blockbuster like Geetha Govindham.

With pressures from multiple angles, it has to be seen what magic can Kushi do to be loved by the audience.
