Finally, ‘national crush’ beauty Rashmika Mandanna is getting ready to showcase her first ever Hindi movie to the audience as the first look poster of “Goodbye” got release today. Featuring Amitabh Bachhan and Rashmika as a father-daughter duo, the film’s first look is quite simple, but then, this is what our heroine is said to be expecting from it.
In fact, the very pairing of Big B and Rashmika reminds us of Megastar and Deepika Padukone from “Piku”, a film that brought out the best of the Om Shanti Om actress. At the same time, the film is being directed by Vikas Bahl who made ‘Queen’ with Kangana Ranaut, thereby giving a new breeze of life to Kangana in Bollywood. We hear that Rashmika wants to get the fame and name achieved by both Deepika and Kangana through this film, and that’s something very difficult we must say.
Though Rashmika has gained fame swiftly in TOllywodo thanks to back to back superhits she got in her kitty, she is yet to prove her mettle as an actress. While star directors like Sukumar can extract performance from anyone, surely this is time for Rashmika to prove that she could emote well, which will easily connect her to pan-India audience.
