Chup Trailer: Hunt For Serial Killer Who Assassinates ‘Film Critics’

Director R Balki always comes up with unique concepts for his films. But the end product will always be middling. Paa, Shamitabh and Ki & Ka are classic examples in this case. Now, he is coming up with his new outing, Chup.

Touted to be a serial killer thriller with a twist, this movie features Sunny Deol, Dulquer Salmaan, Pooja Bhatt and Shreya Dhanwantary in the lead roles. The trailer of the film was unveiled earlier today.

Going by the trailer, Sunny Deol plays the role of a cop who is on a hunt for the serial killer assassinating film critics.

There is nothing much revealed about the characters of the other lead actors. The film is touted to be an ode to legendary actor-director Guru Dutt. The trailer is filled with references and music from his films.

On the whole, Chup’s trailer looks intriguing and makes viewers want to watch the film on the big screen. We hope Balki delivers a winner this time. Chup will hit the screens on September 23.
