Jana Gana Mana – What’s Total Loss?

Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda’s ambitious film Liger tasted disaster result. The film failed to reach the massive expectations the makers have built among the audiences.

This cast a doom on the duo’s next Jana Gana Mana aka JGM that was launched on grand note. While Puri and Vijay have officially confirmed that JGM was called off and the project is shelved, here are the inside details.

Talk is that a heavy-duty action schedule was already shot for Jana Gana Mana. The makers had even roped in some top notch Hollywood technicians for this schedule.

Puri has hired in helicopter and shot a grand entry of Vijay who was supposed to be seen as an army officer. Besides the advances paid, the makers have rumoured to be spent around 7 to 8 Crore on the film so far. While advances are likely to be returned, the producers have reportedly incurred the making cost.

Now that the film is shelved, the producers have to bear this loss. Yet, producers have decided to let it go.
