Nagarjuna Get A Meaty Role In Brahmastra

The much-awaited Bollywood biggie Brahmastra was released today. Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, this film featured Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. Nagarjuna Akkineni, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Mouni Roy played the other pivotal roles in it.

This happens to be Nag’s comeback film in Bollywood after a long time. These days, makers are casting other language heroes just to build the hype and not give them meaty roles.

Even in the case of Alia Bhatt, we have seen her playing a not-very-important role in RRR, which could have been done by any other heroine as well.

But in Brahmastra, Nag got an author-backed role. Even though his screen time is less, he moves the story forward, and his character has a purpose.

His screen presence made the character look more powerful. Irrespective of Brahmastra’s result, Nag will definitely get brownie points for his role. Hope he comes up with many more films in Hindi in the coming days.
